SEATTLE CANINE CLUB POLICIES

sitting dogENROLLMENT
A complete Enrollment Package, including Application, Health and Temperament History, Owner Agreement, Medical Power of Attorney and Vaccination Record must be on file for each dog. Each dog must have an individual consultation to determine eligibility for Daycare.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations are required. Seattle Canine Club members are encouraged to attend Dog Daycare one or more days each week on a regular schedule to promote maximum fun and "pack" safety. Changes in the schedule are subject to consultation with the Management. Drop-ins are not allowed.

VACCINATIONS
DH2PP/Rabies vaccinations are required every three years. Members must be immunized for Bordetella (Canine Cough) every six months and have a clear fecal exam prior to attending Daycare.

HEALTH
Dogs are required to be in good health and to have been free of any communicable disease for 30 days before coming to Daycare. Any dog that becomes ill with a communicable disease will require veterinarian certification of good health to be readmitted to Daycare. If we think that your dog is unwell or has parasites, he or she will be isolated and you will be asked to pick-up your dog immediately. All dogs are required to be free of fleas, ticks and worms and, excepting puppies, to be on a flea prevention program. Flea collars are not allowed.

AGE
All dogs must be at least 14 weeks of age or older and have completed all of their puppy shots. We have a separate Low-Impact Room for the special attention and feeding of our youngest and oldest Seattle Canine Club members.

SEX
All dogs six months of age or older must be spayed or neutered.
